On top of that we built our own smart routing engine that picks the fastest and most reliable line for every order. With strong local carrier agreements and fast handovers, your parcels move quicker, avoid delays, and deliver with more stability. This is why brands see consistent performance even during peak season. We ship in 3 to 10 days worldwide for standard goods.

Our tech is custom built in-house for DTC brands. You get a full WMS, real time order flow, live inventory, smart re-stock alerts, and our own tracking engine that uses smart routing and local carrier agreements to hide the China origin. This gives you better inventory management, faster tracking, more secure routes, and quicker turn around times. We hide the China origin on almost all destinations. With over 900 global routes, strong carrier agreements, and our own custom tracking system that shows local tracking only, your customers see a clean and local delivery experience every time.

We prepare early and keep operations running with multiple shifts throughout the period. The only downtime is when carriers pause for a long weekend of about three to four days, and we minimize the impact with strong planning and workflow preparation. Your fulfillment stays as smooth as possible during the CNY holiday in China.

We don't work on a drop-ship fulfillment base. Our entire operation is built and optimized for real brands, which is why we deliver at a different level of speed, consistency, and quality. We only work with brands that hold stock. For large scale drop-shippers who want to transition into becoming a brand with stock, our on-ground sourcing team can support that shift, but our fulfillment is dedicated to brands only.
